Minerva Hodgers, Reiki Master Teacher

I started out early in life in service to others.  In 2000, I served as a Sunday school teacher, for over 10 years working with teenagers.  In 2003 I facilitated spiritual workshops for women as well a parenting foster children that same year.  In 2006, I began advocacy for at risk teenagers and young adults.  In 2010 I volunteered at a youth drop-in center and an adult transitional home.

My career path led to working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in which I was in service for over 14 years.  I continue in service today working with disadvantaged families.

In 2012, I received my certification as a Reiki Master Teacher and Karuna Reiki Mater Teacher, in the Usui Reiki  Ryoho Lineage.  My reiki practice lead to volunteerism with ex- addicts at a Reiki clinic as well as participation in several Reiki shares.  Currently, in collaboration with my Reiki team, we administer Reiki to Senior Citizen as a community Senior Center.

It has been my desire to serve others to achieve their own wellbeing, personal development, and healing.  I enjoy assisting others in overall healing of mind, body and soul through private sessions, teaching and mentorship.  I am grateful the have found a healing modality that has allowed me to enhance my spiritual journey as well as assist others on their own.
